a day doesn’t go by where i dont end up romantically frustrated and just want to hold someones hand
#in which Bruce Banner finally finds somebody who isn’t afraid to kid around with him #because he has a sense of humour after all #’i’m sorry, that was mean’ anyone? #but everybody tiptoes around him because ‘oh shit, he’s a monster’ #but then he meets Tony #someone who’s not afraid to be around him #someone who might actually be a friend #and that means so much to him and permeates so deep that even when he’s the fucking Hulk he still wants to save Tony’s ass #because by not treating the Hulk like a monster, Tony stopped him from being one

NO BUT SO I WAS WATCHING THE NEW YEAR’S COUNTDOWN IN TIMES SQUARE ON TV
AND THIS REPORTER LADY IS GOING AROUND HOLDING HER MIC OUT SO PEOPLE CAN GIVE SHOUT OUTS
AND SHE ASKS ONE GUY “WHO ARE YOU SHOUTING OUT TO?”
AND HE SAYS “MY MOM”
AND SHE ASKS “WHY?”
AND HE ANSWERS
“SHE HAS NO IDEA I’M IN NEW YORK”
“I’M TWELVE HOURS AWAY FROM HOME”

Why I hate going on Facebook.
the thing that upsets me most here is that quite a few of these sample replies show profile photos of children. These people are raising families and kids. And for those fathers with daughters,I wonder how amusing they would find it if they knew there was at least a 1 in 4 chance of their own child being sexually assaulted or raped in her own lifetime.
A real funny joke there, dads.
